What you’ll own

• Product UI/UX – wireframes → polished, dev-ready Figma files
• Visual brand system – typography, color, motion, illustration
• Marketing surfaces – landing pages, one-pagers, demo & explainer videos
• Rapid prototyping – test ideas with engineers, ship, learn, iterate

Ideally you’ve got

• Expert Figma skills; comfortable jumping into basic code / motion tools.
• Calmness under fast cycles and natural startup chaos.
• Business curiosity: you ask how design moves a metric or lands a deal.
• Strong micro-copy instincts.

Nice-to-haves

• Motion/after-effects chops
• Light video editing for demos
